Mark is A-one!!!!! The morning of the day I was going to go car shopping, my boyfriend had me promise that I wouldn't sign anything before we went to a few dealerships. We met Mark at Erinwood, and all bets were off, he won us both over quite easily with his laid back and no pressure approach. He did everything in his power to get me into the vehicle I wanted, at a price that I could afford and he was genuinely happy for me and my new purchase. I have since had to go back a couple of times to sign paperwork due to computer glitches, and for my trouble, they rewarded me with a gas top up for my new Escape. Not only did I get a new car that day, or become a life long customer at Erinwood Ford, but I feel like I made a new friend. Thanks Mark!!! More
