Friendly, Efficient Service After our almost 14 years, our Tribute's engine died and we looked to buy a previously owned vehicle. Searching for a Ford Flex, we found a great one After our almost 14 years, our Tribute's engine died and we looked to buy a previously owned vehicle. Searching for a Ford Flex, we found a great one with under 100 km at Erinwood Ford. The customer service was friendly and fantastic. We had a no pressure test drive (all our previous test drives were with a dealer in the car, except at Erinwood Ford). Once we decided on the purchase everything moved very quickly with the Finance department and getting the car ready for pickup. I can't emphasize enough how genuinely friendly and personable all the staff we encountered are. I realize they're trying to make a sale, but I was impressed by the everyone I met there, even those not connected to our purchase. There were however, a couple of small issues: 1) The Flex previously belonged to a smoker and I feel more could have been done to get rid of the smoke odour. It was really evident on the test drive that heavily perfumed, oily sprays were used to try and mask it. But that didn't work, it just left our hands greasy and shoes squeaky. Perhaps an ozone treatment would have helped more. 2) We were told the car would be completely detailed upon pick-up, but it wasn't. Trays in outer section of the console were dirty with trapped hair and residue. The dash had splashes of something all over it. The Ford logo in the steering wheel had food and debris stuck in it. There were bits of tobacco around the ignition switch. The third row seat backs were covered in debris when folded down (having not been vacuumed) and there was a large dead moth in the backseat cup holder. So, the either detailing had not been done or was done very haphazardly. These are relatively minor things and don't detract from the great personal seller service or the genuine friendliness of the staff, but did dampen our experience as we've had to do a deep clean of the vehicle ourselves. More

Extremely disappointed I feel like I got scammed. I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang over a month ago and just after one week I had to bring it back for service because I exper I feel like I got scammed. I purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang over a month ago and just after one week I had to bring it back for service because I experienced 3 major issues: the back bumper wasn't properly attached, the clips were sticking out and there was a gap between the bumper and the fender. The interior of the car (dashboard) was coming apart and, there was a loud noise coming from the front of the vehicle when I was turning the wheel. The first 2 issues were resolved however, the noise is still there and I was told that it will be fixed within a week. That was almost a month ago and no one has contacted me nor even returned my phone calls. They made a commitment to fix it in one week and instead of at least updating me on the status they just decided to ignore me and treat me like this issue does not concern them at all. Another issue is that they miscalculated my bi-weekly payments so now I'm paying more than I was initially told. Their excuse was that I provided them with wrong information on my previous car loan which I transferred onto my new vehicle (my loan was apparently higher than I claimed it was). The funny part is that they told me not to worry, they will contact the bank on my behalf, that everything will be taken care of including loan transfer which means the mistake was on their part because I had ZERO involvement in this process. Why do they have great reviews? They tell you to put in good word before you drive off the lot. Absolutely terrible experience. More
