Martin and Raj were awesome! I bought a new explorer XLT and had leather seats put in it before I took possession. Mustang GT from Mark at Erinwood I visited Erinwood Ford as my local Ford dealer, and the receptionist introduced me to Mark. I knew exactly which car I wanted (2019 Mustang GT) but d I visited Erinwood Ford as my local Ford dealer, and the receptionist introduced me to Mark. Mark was good enough to walk me through all of the cars on their extensive lot, and let me take my time choosing. Mark was pleasant and efficient, and made my purchase a fun experience, which I really appreciated. It was as if I had an uncle who owned a dealership! How easy would buying a car be if a family member owned a dealership. You would never go anywhere else, why would you? Nick is larger than life, I truly enjoyed talking with him and Habib Ahmed was terrific as well. Habib is a true gentleman who gets it done. The car was just what I was looking for. When he rolled up and tossed me the keys, it looked like a million bucks, I mean it was spotless. What a job they did, I couldn't have been happier. Everyone I spoke to at Erinwood Ford from the showroom floor to the finance office were outstanding. This is the second pre-owned car I have bought from Erinwood, both Fusions, and after 255,000 trouble free kms, my wife and I are loving our "new to us" 2017 Fusion. They were quick, efficient and got me to work and back, gave me a rental when it need to stay overnight. While there I asked about trading it in and met Mark Maquire. Pretty quick and easy, I picked my new one and off I went today. People were friendly and took care of what I was looking for. More
