As we approached the time to return our previous vehicle we were contacted to find out what our needs were for the next vehicle. We had a good discussion, and booked an appointment. When we came in, we were treated professionally, the package was available and we went for a test drive. When we returned, the price had been worked out and was very satisfactory.
