My car purchase could not have gone more smoothly or professionally from start to end. Found the car I was interested in online and phoned about it. Dereck answered and invited me over for a test drive. professionally from start to end. Found the car I was interested in online and phoned about it. Dereck answered and invited me over for a test drive. No pressure, no hard sell tactics, just friendly and polite service. A couple of days later, looked at the car and a few other similar ones. Took a test drive and asked about financing and got a better rate than the bank would offer. Contacted the finance guy, Stewart, who was also very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly and politely. Meanwhile, Dereck got the car new licence plates and u was ready to go. Really appreciated how approachable everyone was and diligent about getting back to me whenever I had a question or concern. We conducted this purchase during the virus scare so much of the communicating was done outdoors or via phone/text. Last thing I want to add is I was happy that the car was very clean and had all oil and fluid changes done so even though the car was a few years old, it looked and ran like brand new!
