Excellent Service at Lexus Dealership I took my car in for a major service this morning and found the staff extremely courteous. My advisor Scott Bertrand in particular was extremely knowl I took my car in for a major service this morning and found the staff extremely courteous. My advisor Scott Bertrand in particular was extremely knowledgeable and advised me on what needed to be done and what could be done later and took care of stuff that we had not even talked about. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done since we are going on a long road trip soon! Their Service Manager Sid was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us immensely. Kudos to both Lexus Service folks. Highly recommended. More

EXTRA MILE I have owned every luxury make of car. I will now only buy lexus - not for the car -but for the service I receive after buying the car. Scott and Sid I have owned every luxury make of car. I will now only buy lexus - not for the car -but for the service I receive after buying the car. Scott and Sid always provide excellent service, but with no prompting from me, they convinced head office to contribute to a very expensive replacement which was not under warranty because they felt it should not have failed. They went further and convinced the dealership to also contribute as good will. I ended up paying $900 for a $4000 repair. I have found a big difference in the service departments I have used in the past several years, including Mercedes, Jaguar, and BMW. At Erin Mills Lexus, they go the extra mile. More
