Sid, Paul, Ryan and my favourite person Carly....they are all very hard workers. My recent visit had one small issue. I replaced rubber part of the wiper and it was not installed correctly. When I found this out and returned, they were able to fix this issue instantly. Service at Erin Park is very reliable. My trust is there all the time. If things are not done right, they will do it again until you are completely satisfied. I always recommend friends to buy Lexus from Erin Park. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Carly who went through what was required and when I could expect my vehicle to be ready. She also arranged a shuttle for me. My service was completed on schedule and when I went to pick it up everything had been done. I received a clear explanation of the work that had been performed. My car had also been cleaned both inside and outside and looked fantastic. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I always receive on both the sales and service sides at Erin Park Lexus. The staff continues to go over and above and I genuinely believe that is their competitive advantage.
