Also, Ryan explained to me the maintenance work which needed to be done on my vehicle. My car was ready at the time I was promised. One can easily dismiss Stacey's actions for he is a co-owner. However, it takes special person to be able to deal with the public naturally and in a laid back manner. Sid's strength is his P.R. work. He knows and remembers his customers and that is the making of a successful Service Manager. It is a pity that the "shop" is located in a different building and hence unable to devote more time in the "front-shop", the only part of the service operation where the clients or in Lexus lingo "Guests" are in contact with. I have bought 5 cars (including a Toyota) from Siddiq and each time he has treated me without pressure, fairly and honestly. I told him that I expected him and the dealership to make money but not more than he would from his mother! I brought a friend to see Siddiq who was "interested" in buying a relatively lower end Toyota. The time and attention afforded by Siddiq to my friend who did not end up buying has to be commanded. It didn't matter whether one is potentially buying a Yaris or an LC, Siddiq will give one the same attention. More
