When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Carly who went through what was required and when I could expect my vehicle to be ready. She also arranged a shuttle for me. My service was completed on schedule and when I went to pick it up everything had been done. I received a clear explanation of the work that had been performed. My car had also been cleaned both inside and outside and looked fantastic. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I always receive on both the sales and service sides at Erin Park Lexus. The staff continues to go over and above and I genuinely believe that is their competitive advantage.
