I recently bought a new lexus IS 300 Fsport II and was provided with an exceptional service from scheduling pick-ups to delivery of the new vehicle. Fahmeed and Siddiq went out of their way to work on getting the finance approved, finding the car and making it ready for delivery. After approval, I was updated on the tracking of the vehicle and the process was smooth and efficient. I was not sure if lexus was the right choice but after the purchase, I am more than satisfied with the way they they made me narrow down the options to an IS. More

He took the time to answer all our questions, take us for a test drive and was very professional and courteous. He went the "extra mile" for us and was available outside his work schedule in order to accommodate our schedule. Abdul exemplifies great customer service! I would also like to commend Ahmed for spending the time with me after a long day so that I was familiar with all the buttons and gages in my new car. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership. We look forward to our continued relationship with Erin Park Lexus. More
