Highly disappointing! Highly disappointed with the manager, Mr Nick Seredych's customer skills at this dealership. Simply gobsmacked at the rude behavior exhibited by this Highly disappointed with the manager, Mr Nick Seredych's customer skills at this dealership. Simply gobsmacked at the rude behavior exhibited by this gentleman. He was rude,impatient, rigid, inflexible and clearly uninterested in selling. It was pretty obvious that he had no clue about the actual price of the vehicles, kept blaming the computer system for the changes in the price/specifications etc. Very impatient about the time spend with the customers who are in fact spending their precious time in the dealership to get the purchase done.. Hope he doesn't deal with anyone else in the same manner. Clearly time for introspection and reflection. Although his junior colleagues, Melvin and Bogdan were trying to be helpful, he clearly shut them up. We are appalled to see a negative example of leadership as this. We cant help but compare the welcome we received at Lincoln dealership a day before where we purchased a Navigator and stark difference we experienced at Don Wheaton where we had gone to buy an Escalade. Don Wheaton has lost a customer for a lifetime!!! More

Brandi has excellent listening skills pulled out the right vehicle to test drive gave her a variety of what I was interested in . But I purchased the first one . I bought a vehicle at Don Wheaton Chevy GMC in Edmonton just before the new year. I had done lots of footwork finding the vehicle I wanted and compared a couple of different dealerships on the same make an just before the new year. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and they were able to facilitate my needs. I thought to buy local but I couldn’t find my chosen vehicle close to home. Robyn was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and went the extra mile on all fronts. She gave me lots of insight and made sure I was impressed and happy purchasing my vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Don Wheaton and they continue to bend over backwards in their customer service—a 5 star experience. She has made me a lifer for Don Wheaton, for sure! The customer services and sales approach at Don Wheaton Chevrolet is outstanding. Melvin A. is extremely friendly and professional. He went out of his way to provide information about the vehicle we liked, Chevrolet is outstanding. Melvin A. is extremely friendly and professional. He went out of his way to provide information about the vehicle we liked, answer a number of questions we had and he threw in a few extra amenities/features into the deal. Melvin was more concerned that we left with the vehicle we actually wanted and at a fair deal. Even after the sale, he went above and beyond to solve an issue with the additional key that we had requested.
