During Covid, unlike other Dealerships, once I found a vehicle that interested me, Tyler worked with me over the phone, email and text to adderess any questions I had and get a price within my budget. Horrified by the lack of covid safety, personal privacy and inappropriate conversations by employees...felt like I was in a frat house, I left feeling gross. We visited the first weekend of May and 7 emplo and inappropriate conversations by employees...felt like I was in a frat house, I left feeling gross. We visited the first weekend of May and 7 employees were not wearing masks, including the receptionist. Even worse, the sales agent at the desk next to us was on the phone with his girlfriend and said "you dirty girl", "I don't like tequila but it get's me drunk", and went onto to talk about tinder...so unprofessional, I did not want to listen him dirty talk to his girlfriend. To make it worse, a different sales agent took a call on speaker (with 4 other employees in his cubicle not wearing masks), and took the clients personal information over speakerphone. I could clearly hear the clients phone number and address...no respect for personal privacy. Overall, horrible experience. More
