It took me a while to make a decesion regarding a used vehicle. I felt over whelmed at times just thinking about going through sales pitches I may encounter at a dealership. We walked past 4 salesman and no approach and than came Amanda very proffessional and quite new as she mentioned to the Nissan team. We asked questions and she was more than willing to find out what she could on the Rogues they had on the premises. She really listened to what I was interested in and was patient with my requests. She introduced us to Jamey and it was a pleasure to not only finance with him but have him go through the warranty package in detail.Jamey explained the protection packages available, and went through the purchase agreement and loan with us and answered all our questions. The plan, which I chose gives me assurance I have made the right choice for myself. We took 2 vehicles out for a test drive which confirmed what would be acceptable. Kelly and Brent were quite patient with my questions and a 24 hour delay which I requested to review the offer. I feel the sale went smoothly and I was particularily pleased to find that there was zero interest for the loan duration, and also 3 months of no payments. I was introduced to Vic in Parts to get floor mats and to Chris in Service to book the 45 day inspection visit. I enjoyed prompt and courteous discussions with both. Tony, the Finance Manager explained the protection packages available, and went through the purchase agreement and loan details.
