After ordering the wrong part for the third visit, they corrected it by making sure a courtesy vehicle was available. also, they helped load and unload the courtesy vehicle--I have a toddler--so the gear needed moving.
I would have to say, tho, that if I hadn't have taken the time to respond to their e-mails for feedback, I would probably say the same as the other person. As we all need to work together, regardless of our area of expertise, I believe in providing honest and helpful feedback. Then if nothing changes, it's time to change where I deal. I know that the feedback is read and discussed as the person that dealt with me on the 2nd visit apologized to me.
This last visit I would rate as excellent overall! They were helpful, courteous, friendly, and listened to my concerns.
Take time to provide feedback...it's worth it for everyone!
