Third time is a charm, I'd say. I had a relatively mute experience the first time-went in for a warranty oil change. Second visit was = to the other comment, horrible. After ordering the wrong part for the third visit, they corrected it by making sure a courtesy vehicle was available. also, they helped load and unload the courtesy vehicle--I have a toddler--so the gear needed moving. I would have to say, tho, that if I hadn't have taken the time to respond to their e-mails for feedback, I would probably say the same as the other person. As we all need to work together, regardless of our area of expertise, I believe in providing honest and helpful feedback. Then if nothing changes, it's time to change where I deal. I know that the feedback is read and discussed as the person that dealt with me on the 2nd visit apologized to me. This last visit I would rate as excellent overall! They were helpful, courteous, friendly, and listened to my concerns. Take time to provide feedback...it's worth it for everyone! More
Came in to get an oil change and they ended up saying my vehicle was unsafe to drive and ended up charging me towards the mid $1500's before they would let me leave with my vehicle. This left a really bad taste in my mouth as I only came in for a Oil Change but got pressured into every other service under the sun. Would definitely not recommend this dealership but would recommend staying far away. Tell all your friends! You will feel cheated and broke when leaving this dealership More
