Apparently there are a some people at this dealership who are smokers. So when they get in your vehicle, they have a smoke smell on their body that transfers into your car. As neither I nor any of my family are smokers. So when they get in your vehicle, they have a smoke smell on their body that transfers into your car. As neither I nor any of my family and friends smoke, I was very displeased with a smoke smell in my car when I picked up my car after an oil change. More

Switched to Crown after Ortynsky sold out to Vicar because I haven't heard much good about Vicar and because Crown is much closer to the house. I was happy with the switch. Crown did what they said because I haven't heard much good about Vicar and because Crown is much closer to the house. I was happy with the switch. Crown did what they said they would do in less time that I thought. Service counter staff were friendly and thourough. Only reason price was rated lower was because I needed a new key and $75 for key and programming is the market price but still a bit hard to swallow. More

That was the easiest time for us to buy a new car. Having dealt with this dealership for the first time, I was impressed with all aspects of my new car buying experience. It was refreshing to deal with such a professional group of men who made me feel tha was impressed with all aspects of my new car buying experience.
