Ram truck ecu I brought my truck in for an ecu issue some time ago and was extremely pleased with the expertise that Kevin showed towards this issue. Not very good, bad would describe it. I had my car there for tires and warranty, transmission issues. Seems the extended warranty I purchased does not cover anything. I was told it is normal gear noise, seems my 30 plus years in the transmission field does not mean anything. If someone brought this car in with the noise we would recommend removal and inspection as it is most likely a bearing! There is an issue with the clutch as well, sounds like the release bearing is not on the fork right or retaining clip missing? Last the gas cap door sticks out and moisture freezes in the winter. Two of the issues were mentioned when I was in previous, both times the word given was we were too busy. So I ask you how would you feel in my shoes? More
