Made an appointment at 800 am and truck never got into service until 200pm , Then had to bring truck back the next week, Fixed rattle and the manager then tells me there's a rattle in dash but did not fix have to bring vehicle back for third service call. This is a joke for customer service. More

However, it appears they are slowly getting better, and the quick lane oil change is a nice option. Rated only 3 stars as there are still issues with timely service. When you pre-book a vehicle in it shouldn't take 9 hours to get an oil change/tire rotation and fix a door lock (that took an hour to fix)...... More
