Good job I was in to see the collision center to get an appt. set up as to when I can bring my truck in for repair. I expected to have to wait for 3-4 weeks. They also said that the procedure of a rental car will be all taken care of by them. Then on top of that, they took me in right away for an oil change. More

Computer screen on my 2013 Ram It is not often that a company exceeds your expectations, but Gord and his service people did on May 31st. The centre computer screen had quit before It is not often that a company exceeds your expectations, but Gord and his service people did on May 31st. The centre computer screen had quit before and the dealer updated it. It quit again yesterday so I drove direct to the dealership to ask if they wished to see it and perhaps diagnose the problem. Gord looked at it , took the truck in and the service people fixed the problem, on the spot. I realize things cannot always be fixed on the spot but my wife and I do appreciate the extra effort and service. More
