Pleasant experience I liked how I wasn't shown a bunch of vehicles that weren't in my price range. It took a longer time than anticipated. This could be streamlined by individual printers at the desk or multiple printing stations closer to the desks. Brock is very good at his job and seemed very honest with me(I didn't experience this work other dealerships). They insured the vehicle was in top shape before I got to take it home. They offered to deliver it to my door even though I live in a town that is 50 min away. I would recommend Crestview/Brock to my friends More
