Service was friendly and efficient by Harry Harpreet. Promoted the high end oil change as trained to do by the dealership. The cost of replacing the air fi was friendly and efficient by Harry Harpreet. Promoted the high end oil change as trained to do by the dealership. The cost of replacing the air filter was mentioned and was appreciated - the labor cost was too high - doubled the minimum wage for a max. of 10 minutes for replacement. Competition is not favored by dealerships, as a result there is the monopolization of labor pricing which is usually encouraged in the industry. Foreign workers bring down the labor cost for the dealership but it does not bring down the cost to the customer who ultimately pays a high price. There was an elderly gentleman who was walking around very officially, and changed paper in the printers. I wondered if he was a volunteer, maybe that is why helping ones self to a coffee was not suggested - but I did help myself to a coffee anyway (there were no cookies..........) More
