The whole process was a pleasure, from stepping out of my old vehicle to driving off the forecourt in my new Jeep. Would recommend Crestview too anyone wanting to upgrade their vehicle. More

Not great on diagnosis for repair Traveling from Alberta to Yorkton, Saskatchewan. I lost coolant near Regina, SK. Decided to stop in to a Chrysler Dealership to check out message Traveling from Alberta to Yorkton, Saskatchewan. I lost coolant near Regina, SK. Decided to stop in to a Chrysler Dealership to check out message on dash "check out gauges". Upon lifting the hood, there was coolant all over the engine compartment. At this point, I suggested that the truck having approximately 157,000 kms, the water pump may be the culprit .. After doing a pressure test, I was told there was a pin hole in the upper rad hose and the belt had to be changed. Hose and belt were replaced but the engine compartment was saturated with coolant, the mess was left. When the belt was off, the water pump pulley should have been checked. Arrived in Yorkton, SK. Next morning I noticed a puddle of coolant under the truck. I went to Yorkton Chrysler dealership to checkout the problem. They immediately diagnosed that the water pump was leaking. The pulley was loose. They suggested that I call Crestview Chrysler with the hope of some compensation at least on the labour charges. They were not receptive to that suggestion. We then proceeded to fix the water pump in Yorkton, problem solved. On my way back to Alberta, I stopped to Crestview Chrysler in Regina to check out an engine light indicator on the dash. They did diagnose the problem as moisture in the accelerator circuitry which was as a result of their not cleaning the engine. They did repair at no cost. When one deals with a dealership, I would expect that there should better diagnosing. I really do not feel I should have paid for the labour costs in Regina. More
Amazingly awesome! My Husbands, daughter, and myself had an awesome visit. We normally do not like taking our daughter into places like a dealership but today we did. They talked and played with our daughter making it a lot easier on us. The sales man was outstanding. More
Good Experience I was greeted by Marino and helped immediately who sent me to Brent. Brent was prompt in getting me into a vehicle that fit my description. He did not I was greeted by Marino and helped immediately who sent me to Brent. Brent was prompt in getting me into a vehicle that fit my description. He did not try to upsell me and listened when the first Jeep wasn't quite what I wanted. He found one with the features I wanted. He and Marino were really helpful in adding a hitch and had good suggestions for a bike rack. Brent booked the Jeep in for the hitch install and made sure I had a vehicle for the day. Marino answered my questions immediately and makes it seem like no trouble. They were a big help with an old van I had too. Cameron from finance was really good to work with too. The only thing I didn't like is Brent test driving with my wife and I on our first vehicle. He didn't ride along the second time. I also have a skepticism about after service from the sales person and the dealership in general but that's not specific to Crestview, because I feel that way in most of them. However, Crestview made me feel better than the other 3 dealerships I visited. More
World class service Walked into this dealership after a couple of reviews and I want to say it lived up to my expectations. As a first timer buying a truck, I was hoping Walked into this dealership after a couple of reviews and I want to say it lived up to my expectations. As a first timer buying a truck, I was hoping to get in the hands of the right people who won’t be looking for just a sale but what’s in the best interest for me and my family. the moment I walked in I was greeted and attended to right away and I have to say I was put in the hands of the right person Cam. He took the time to hear what I was looking for before recommending anything to me, he then introduced me to Rob, also another great man and from that moment after a few interactions between the two of them, I knew I had found what I was looking for, not so much of a car as I had got a couple of good offers somewhere else but the service I was going to get after I found the truck I was looking for. I was glad to find my friend Lev working there too and Told me a little bit more about the dealership and their services. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car because they will take care of you. I have already recommended 2 of my friend. More

Offered beverages and enjoyed nice comfortable waiting in lobby. Both guys were very knowledge on the vehicle and features but Trisha worked the hardest! More

Stranded in Regina and toured Crestview for a new car Steph J (salesman), Corrie S (serviceman), Cameron C (financial specialist), Don (driver) were all exceptional. Kind, knowledgeable, sincere, thorough Steph J (salesman), Corrie S (serviceman), Cameron C (financial specialist), Don (driver) were all exceptional. Kind, knowledgeable, sincere, thorough: I was in good hands when my Jeep Wrangler broke down in Regina. Traveling from Vancouver to Regina and home via Edmonton, having the vehicle tank out in Sask on the eve of a prairie blizzard wasn't part of the itinerary. But 48 hours later, I was the proud and elated owner of a Ram1500 (2017) with a great trade in for my (useless) Jeep. I also received invaluable feedback on negotiating prairie blizzards - DON'T! My husband and I love the Ram - smoothest ride ever - and it's all the more awesome because I have great great memories from Regina, though not from its RCMP museum as that line item was forsaken for the Crestview Lot Tour. Thanks, Guys! (PS. Corrie S needs to be added to the service team below). More
