Nightmare bsolutely a nightmare. I bought a used car was missing spare tire, they advised that the y would get me one. This was 8 months ago . Booked holidays bsolutely a nightmare. This is Tuesday an still no tire. Then told oh do not make spares for my car . tomorrow was suppose to be my trip but cannot go cause I do not have a spare tire . Marino advised .You have roadside assistance so if you break down you can just call them . Well that is fine as long as I have cell service where I break down. Then he put the tire issue back on me. Where was he suppose to get a tire in 24 hours . I replied how many 24 hours are there is 8 months . Then I was dismissed and said he would talk to me when cool heads prevail. Anyway to add to it. Paid 145 dollars for oil change on Saturday. Only to have the oil charge due light come back on today . Contacted chryslCh to express my frustrations and gave din number and went thru information only to also find out the 2600 I paid extra for extended warranty is not showing on their system . My daughter called them cause she thought maybe she could get better assistance and guess what. They will have a spare tire for the car next week. Like that is not a line I have not already heard. What a joke . More
