Overall it was good Only disappointment was the UConnect does not support the remote start app. We were led to believe it was equipped with it but turns out it is not. Great First & Lasting Experience! After Spending an entire Saturday visiting various dealers we decided to visit Crestview as our last stop of the day and we were glad we did. Withi After Spending an entire Saturday visiting various dealers we decided to visit Crestview as our last stop of the day and we were glad we did. Within 30 seconds of arriving we were greeted by people working on the lot ( Lev ) who offered to let us look inside the car that we had pulled up next too. While looking inside Russ came and introduced himself to my wife and I. He was friendly and asked if we were interested in taking the car for a drive. We took him up on that offer. During the test drive Russ was extremely knowledgeable regarding the features and benefits of the car and suggested a good route to drive a little bit longer then the previous days drives but gave us the feeling we weren't being rushed back to the shop. We ended up closing a deal the next day with Russ after some negotiation and discussion both ways, we did not feel pressured during this process and was one of the more enjoyable car purchases. If there was any constructive criticism I could offer would be that in my field of work I work with numbers a lot and as such I like seeing all the numbers laid out; as such I'm not the biggest fan of the 4 square sheet method but I know it's fairly standard in the industry. That's just a personal preference. After the deal was struck we talked numbers and finance with Trisha and this was also a fantastic experience, Trisha was extremely informative with what they had to offer and made us feel valued as a customer. My kids also enjoyed the showroom and did there best to sell me on a Hellcat because it was a cool green color! Great marketing :) The day I had to pick up my car everything that I requested had been completed in a timely fashion and it was re-detailed and ready to go. Crestview really set the bar high with this experience. Great work team! More
