Very relaxed and knowledgeable atmosphere My shopping experience through Crestview was amazing, I went through Peter Byers who is one of thier many very knowledgeable and courteous sales reps My shopping experience through Crestview was amazing, I went through Peter Byers who is one of thier many very knowledgeable and courteous sales reps he made purchesing my first truck for work such a great experience by putting my mind at ease by explaining the long run and short run of purchasing my new truck financially and how the trucks price will be affected through time and use, and explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle I talked to him about, such as why certain ones could or couldn't be covered by warranty and why, the towing capabilitys, and what I should be looking for in a truck for my field of work. He took time to ask questions about specific things I'm looking for in a truck and pointed he me in the right direction of a beautiful truck that I love and and will be able to do the job I need it to do all without breaking the bank. He was never pushy or made it feel like I was being rushed i felt in control the whole time and never worried about getting into a truck that would leave me unhappy the next day or years down the road.
