Bad service I visited City Ford to get my truck inspected. Upon arrival, I was treated horribly. They talked down on me and the Service Advisor, who knows nothing I visited City Ford to get my truck inspected. Upon arrival, I was treated horribly. They talked down on me and the Service Advisor, who knows nothing about vehicles, refused to finish my inspection due to the fact “from 2 stalls away I could hear the engine was not good.” They refused to do an inspection, that I was paying for, based on someone with no qualifications or knowledge “hearing” my truck run. After the fact, he continued to talk rudely and tell me it wasn’t worth his time and energy. After my terrible experience, I decided to google the dealership and found out they have been faking inspections of cars and are getting fined by Amvic. More

Exceeded expectations and then some After I was turned down on a used diesel elsewhere went in to check prices on new fords. I was humbled with my previous experiences and let him know what I was interested in. He showed me at least a dozen options in vehicles with the requirements I had in one. Ended up coming down to three trucks. At that point he had already put in more effort than most would with the knowledge I provided. Put through my application on a super convenient program he sent me and less than two hours later I had the approval for the exact truck I was looking for brand new. The excellent service didn’t stop there, he had some additional features added like spray in liner, 3M and made sure the truck was exactly as I wanted. Cannot day enough about his communication and professionalism. My wife is now considering getting into an SUV and with the excellent rebates on now we will be back! Thanks for your hard work Bruno!
