"very helpful every time"

need an oil change on my truck .try to book an appointment .but they fully book till friday. drop off my truck anyway (three day early then my appointment ) . told Jeff I'm busy at work .don't have time to drop it off on friday morning and left the dealership . one hour later receive an call from him .somehow he manage to jam me in they busy schedule .and get my truck done in two hours . that so wonderful. thanks Jeff

"Bad service"

I visited City Ford to get my truck inspected. Upon arrival, I was treated horribly. They talked down on me and the Service Advisor, who knows nothing about vehicles, refused to finish my inspection due to the fact “from 2 stalls away I could hear the engine was not good.” They refused to do an inspection, that I was paying for, based on someone with no qualifications or knowledge “hearing” my truck run. After the fact, he continued to talk rudely and tell me it wasn’t worth his time and energy. After my terrible experience, I decided to google the dealership and found out they have been faking inspections of cars and are getting fined by Amvic.

"TERRIBLE Service Department "

I paid $1820 for a repair when the warranty just ran out 6 weeks before and one week later and approximately 100 kilometres later it died on the Anthony Henday at 36 degrees. Called them very upset and asked if they were going to pay for a tow and they said No I have to. It was before 2:00 on a Friday and there was NO service manager there to talk to. He had left for the weekend already and they couldn’t even look at it till Monday. Very unimpressed. Hopefully they fix this mess.

"Treated as a joke"

I am appalled at the lack of professionalism at City Ford Service area. I had my truck booked in yesterday to get a new tonneau cover as the original one they installed was done wrong and caused the plastic box rail covers to lift and warp. They installed the new cover yesterday and told me that there was no warping and everything went back into place. Well when I got off work and went to pick up my truck I went to take a look at and what do you know, the covers were warped. No one was able to do anything about it last night so I went in today. Well when I got there I told the accessories guy who I had been dealing with that the covers are warped. He came outside to take a look. He then laughed at me and said that they weren’t warped. I argued that they were and found a flat object to show him. He then went and got his manager and his manager proceeded to laugh in my face and turned to him employees and called me crazy and treated me like I was a joke. Next the body guy look at it and he agreed with me that they were in fact warped and said that they would be covering the cost to have them replaced as it was their error. I am disgusted that City Ford thinks it’s ok to disrespect people the way they disrespected me. I will NEVER go back there nor do I recommend anyone ever going there.

"Service department is terrible "

Went to have my truck looked at for warranty repairs and explained that my truck was leaking transmission fluid. They basically said that there was nothing they were going to do. Ended up going to another local dealership who were more than happy to take care of me. Wouldn't wish this place on anybody.
