Aharon was great at making us feel like a friend, we never felt awkward or out of place at Capital GMC. We were pleasantly shocked to find out that not only had we purchased the vehicle we wanted, but we also got a free trip for two to Las Vegas. When Adam Mohl found out it was my birthday he went out of his way to ensure that my husband and I, as well as the two of children that were with us, received free Denaliville hoodies. When my other child accompanied me the next day to pick up my vehicle, Aharon made sure she received a hoodie as well, the office even searched to make sure she got her right size. Mike Erickson was very quick at doing up our financing, he got us a great loan rate and walked us through our financing with ease, and offered us some great tips. Aharon even gave us a follow-up phone call to make sure we were still satisfied with our purchase. Our only disappointment was that the used Yukon we purchased didn't qualify to have the few minor repairs completed, as discovered by the dealership's mechanics for the mechanical fitness assessment. Our overall experience was very pleasant, we've already mentioned Capital GMC to friends and family, and will definitely consider them for future purchases. More

Very pleased with 1st GMC purchase!! I was looking for a new truck online and was doing some research into what I wanted when I submitted a request for a spec sheet on a 2018 GMC Canyon. I was looking for a new truck online and was doing some research into what I wanted when I submitted a request for a spec sheet on a 2018 GMC Canyon. A few days later I received a call from a sales rep in the online sales department for Capital Buick GMC. Although I was not looking to hear from someone in regards to a vehicle I was pleased when I advised her I was just looking and that I wasn't buying right at this moment when she said "That is no problem. Keep searching and when you are ready give us a call or drop by the dealership." What was more pleasing was that they did just as I requested and waited for me to contact them again. There were NO nagging phone calls or emails asking me to come in because "They NEED my trade-in". It was a few weeks later when I walked into the dealership and met Abe Khan, whom just so happened to be the sales rep my information was passed onto from the internet sales department. Abe took the utmost care and enormous amount of time to show me all the trucks that I wanted to see and never once was he rushing or pressuring me to buy one. We spoke on and off for weeks about all different trucks putting together all different configurations and searching all over western Canada for just the right one. After all this was a big purchase for me and I wanted to be in the right truck which Abe appreciated and made sure he did everything he could to ensure I got the truck I wanted. I even went to a Chevrolet dealership to see if they could find me a Colorado which they did and they put a deal on the table that day which was extremely good. However this was a truck that I liked and would settle for but I didn't love it!! After many a test drives and extreme amounts of searching databases we found what I thought was the perfect truck but it was in Manitoba...easily enough though it could be shipped to us if I wanted it to be. That night as we talked about the trucks I said something that took our path on a different track...into a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. It was Abe's keen insight to what we talked about all that time which gave him the idea to put me in a full-sized truck instead...there was one they just received that he thought would be perfect as it was everything I was looking for. I was completely against this at first as I wanted a midsize truck however, Abe convinced me to try it which when I did the moment I sat in the truck I knew it was the perfect one. "Thanks Abe!!" It had all the options I wanted, the colour was fantastic and the price was good. They sent me away that night with the truck for a test drive and after I drove the truck for a full day I went into the dealership to make a deal on the truck. With the help and hard work of Sam Nasrullah along with Abe, over a couple days we made a great deal on the truck and within a week I was driving away in my new Stone Blue 2018 GMC Sierra Elevation Z71 1500. I couldn't be happier with this truck!! Samantha Dumais was my finance manager and she made the financing easy. There was no pressure to buy all the extras like warranty or vehicle protection packages and we worked out a deal for exactly what I wanted. Thank you Abe, Sam and Samantha it was a pleasure working with you all and I will be sure to recommend you and your dealership to folks that I know looking to buy a new vehicle!! More

Now my Yukon sounds as good as it looks! Down shifts are a sweet sound but put your foot into it and heads turn. I was looking for a dealership that was close by my house to have the GMC guys/girls look after it going forward and I think I have found it due to Mel. More
