The service department has not fixed my issues in three trips to the dealership. The have no commitment to customer satisfaction or resolving the issues with my vehicle I have received several emails trips to the dealership. The have no commitment to customer satisfaction or resolving the issues with my vehicle I have received several emails asking for my comments on service and provided them but no one calls or is concerned about my outstanding issues. I received 500.00 for my used truck when I traded it in January 5, 2013 and now the dealership is offering 2,000.00 for any trade in. Not really fair. I could go on for a long time, but I'll leave it at that for now. I'd like to speak with Bruce Axelson in person. More

Josh was very good at checking when the parts were coming in and notifying me what the status of my car was. The first oil change I had done was inadequate. The oil leaked from the filter onto my garage floor and driveway. But the second oil change was done properly and FREE! I had bent a protective bar under the engine and it was rubbing the manifold when I accelerated making an annoying noise. The first visit the mechanic said he did not hear anything and "everything was tight". But the noise persisted. The second visit Kristin asked me if there was any other issues other than the oil change. I repeated the noise story and she said they would find it. It came back from the oil change and again the mechanic said no problem and no noise. Kristin would not take no for an answer and set me up for a ride with master mechanic Mike. He found the bent bar right away and fixed it for free! Great work by Kristen and Mike. They did a fantastic job and kept me coming back, even making up for the inadequate oil change and apparent glossing over of my issues by the mechanics. Thanks! More

Lana was a great sales rep! She wasn't a pushy sales person and didn't pressure us into buying a vehicle. We were able to test drive the vehicles that we were interested in and the process wasn't compli person and didn't pressure us into buying a vehicle. I've had my Chevy vehicles serviced by Capital and the work has been good with exception to a couple times dealing with electrical work on an older car ('98) and a warranty issue. Even with the mishaps, and the extra running around they caused me, they still got it fixed and done right in the end. Had they done a little more troubleshooting before pointing a finger, it could have been avoided though. Another time they were unable to supply a rental vehicle as per warranty service agreement. They couldn't even provide me with a vehicle off the lot, in spite of the fact they will allow test drives over the weekend. No courtesy vehicles either. Everything else the service people have done has been great. I was only able to add the two managers I dealt with in service, the techs are not listed. More
