I came in wanting to buy a used truck and I gave Ev an email, he responded right away. I told him what I was looking for and right away he found one for me. I found the low-mileage used car I was looking for on Capital's website (the website is very well organized and maintained as well) but because I live 650kms away (near Calgary) I relied heavily on Lana Capital's website (the website is very well organized and maintained as well) but because I live 650kms away (near Calgary) I relied heavily on Lana and Jazz to help me over the phone, emails and even YouTube! Lana forwarded several photos of the car and then even uploaded a video walk-through of the car to YouTube so that I could be comfortable with my decision to drive so far to buy the car. I was very nervous about committing to drive 6.5 hours each way just to look at a used vehicle but Lana volunteered to take the car for a drive for me, she tested all of the buttons and electronics, and she even confirmed that the interior didn't smell like smoke because that would have been a deal-breaker for me!! I had an existing car that I was going to sell privately but thanks to Jazz and Gord I was able to get an estimated value of my car as a trade-in based on my description of it and the VIN, and that convinced me to drive to Regina instead of fly. It turned out that the final offer fell within the estimated value so we completed the deal, swapped licence plates and I was on the road home with my new (used) car. When we arrived at Capital we were immediately treated professionally and courteously, and Capital's estimator quickly completed an offer for my trade-in and we were able to do up the paper work (thanks Tony) and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the entire experience and want to congratulate Mr Axelson and the Capital team for the successful dealership they have! I'll be back to Capital GMC again for sure. More

Not about my budget or to even buy sooner than I was ready to. -Was very informative on all the vehicles I test drove. -Contacted me immediately when the vehicle I was looking for came available in the price range and mileage range I was looking for. -Brought this vehicle to my house the first day it was received so I could see it in person, check to see if it fit in my garage beside my other vehicle, and he did this on my schedule which can be difficult with two little ones. -Showed me how to work all the gadgets in my new vehicle, helped me set up my bluetooth and onstar, and never me feel like an idiot when I asked silly questions. -He answered numerous emails and phone calls from me immediately. -He came into work when i came to pick my vehicle to make sure everything went smoothly. -He even gave my son a super cute GMC hat :0) Both the gentlemen I dealt with during the financing stages were both excellent as well. I went to Capital to purchase a car, preferably a buy back. First encounter was with an extremely friendly receptionist. Wish I could remember her name but I can't. Anyway that set the tone for my entire experience at this dealership. I ended up purchasing a buy back 2012 Cruze in the colour I actually wanted with the assistance of Trevor Becker. I immediately liked Trevor. I told him him that I was in no way a 'car fanatic' and need a car to get me from A to B. Cars don't impress me, but I just need a new one. I asked about buy backs and what did he have available. I was very drawn to this little, white Cruze which my son had done some reading about and reported to me that he thought I should look at Cruze. Trevor did in no way try to 'up-sell' me, was knowledgeable about his business and because he's a good, no great listener, didn't do any overkill about a product that he knew didn't enthrall me. I had further good experiences with their service department as I wanted remote (command) start installed in my car, service people were nice and last but not least met with Tony, the finance man. Again, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Well, the next day I was picking up my new car and Trevor and the assessment fellow, again I feel badly as I've forgotten his name (I had a trade in and this fellow did what I would call an assessment of my trade in), met me basically at the front entrance of the dealership to congratulate me on my purchase. Again I go thought the spiel of 'I'm not a car kind of person, blah, blah, blah. Well, I'm home now with my car and in a few short hours, guess what? I'm still not a 'car person' but I think I've quite fallen in my love with my little Cruze. Thanks so much to all the staff that I dealt with at Capital, but a special thanks to Trevor Becker. I went to Capital to see what my options were in trading in my 2009 Equinox not expecting to get a new vehicle. I was very surprised at the deal that Everett and Nicole were able to offer me. As a result of this deal, I was able to get into a new 2013 Terrain with everything that I wanted with very little of a change in my payment. The time that I was there took a little as the wait for the TD financing was a long wait. However, I was taken for a test drive, tour and a thorough explanation of how Capital works, payment, etc by a great group of people. These people are Everett, Nicole, Michael, and Roberta. They are all great, friendly, patient people who I would recommend to others to deal with. I love my new Terrain and can't wait to take it for a long drive on the highway!! More

Collin had the vehicle ready to test drive and was patient in explaining the vehicle details and getting out on the road for the test drive. We looked at the 2 vehicles I was interested in and discussed the pros and cons. I then met with Tony briefly and discussed the some pricing options. Neither Tony or Collin were pushy, simply supplying the information I needed to make an informed decision. After considering the purchase, I returned to the dealership in the afternoon. Tony was very helpful with the paperwork explaining all the options and helping me pick the right ones for me. Collin worked with their vehicle maintenance department to ensure my car could be ready for pick up the next day. When I picked the car up, Collin again reviewed the driving features with me and offered to help if I had any further questions about using some new features new to me. I found the entire experience at Capital GM to be a positive one, making a big decision for me a little easier.
