I was pleased to walk into capital and have Mario greet me right off the bat. We talked about my needs and wants and we were test driving SUV's right away. The service department has not fixed my issues in three trips to the dealership. The have no commitment to customer satisfaction or resolving the issues with my vehicle I have received several emails trips to the dealership. I received 500.00 for my used truck when I traded it in January 5, 2013 and now the dealership is offering 2,000.00 for any trade in. Not really fair. Tori was my salesperson and she was very friendly and helpful. She never made me feel pressured and answered all of my questions; even the ones she didn't know, she found out the answer for me. She definitely went out of her way for my husband and I from the beginning to the end of the sale (what car salesperson gives you pop and chips while you wait and goes to SGI with you after you bought a car?). She also followed up with a phone call to see how everything was with my new vehicle. However, I was not impressed with the financial and service side of Capital. If I had not been on top of things with the advertised price, I would have been charged over $500 extra due to a few "computer mistakes". Plus, I was promised a new battery since the one in the vehicle was dead, but it took several tries to get this new battery. A tire pressure light was on when I test drove the vehicle; I was told it would be fixed, but it was not. I had also requested that my fluid levels be topped up when I took my car in, but they weren't. I would highly recommend Tori as a salesperson, but would NOT recommend Capital's Service department.
