Salesmen was great as well as the finance dept. It was the after sale. Went to pick up the car after it was supposed to be checked over and cleaned only to find out it was not cleaned inside at all. Also I had to call to see if the oil was changed, which it was, but there was no sticker or indication that it had been. I had Mona fax me over the worksheet so I knew what had been done. Makes me wonder what else on the GM Certified inspection was not done. More
