I had not inspected the vehicle and when I did look at the passenger side there was a big scratch extending along the top side of the box on the passenger side. I brought it back and informed Tony of this scratch. Also because the payments when I was told were $214 and not as I requested at about $160 per month that I decided that was too much for payments and did not deal on this vehicle. I then went and asked about the pre-owned vehicles and was shown a blue GMC Sierra Nevada. There were some scratches on it and we talked about some compromise about this. I would say that i am overall pleased with the vehicle I purchased and have never had a vehicle this new so i will enjoy this truck for many years to come. My friend Perry Pachkowski delivered the truck and went over some of the features and things I would need to know about the truck. This is great customer service on behalf of your company and I was able to have my co-workers view the vehicle I had just purchased. One thing that could be let known to the customer is the time it would take to go over these items when the vehicle is delivered because I had a meeting to attend the evening Perry brought the truck and it made me very rushed to get to the meeting. The service department has not fixed my issues in three trips to the dealership. The have no commitment to customer satisfaction or resolving the issues with my vehicle I have received several emails trips to the dealership. I received 500.00 for my used truck when I traded it in January 5, 2013 and now the dealership is offering 2,000.00 for any trade in. Not really fair.
