My experience with capital was over all pretty great. I came on a busy Saturday and had no problem getting help. Kevin found me a sales person right away to get the process started. Everett was extreme knowledgable about the vehicles I was interested in and always assured me I had options. Everett was never pushy, or made me feel pressured in a vehicle choice. After all said and done Everett took the time to show me all the features my new truck had and quickly set appointments for things I wanted down the road. I can say Everett changed my view of the typical sales man I once had. Jessica was fantastic in the finance division as well. Jessica worked diligently in preparing and figuring out my best options. Following some product research and narrowing we returned set up a test drive. We were introduced to Serey Uy. He was friendly and efficient in his product test drive preparation. We were satisfied with the vehicle and decided to make an offer. Serey presented our intentions to his Sales Manager, Fred Petrowich. After a couple of back and fourths we were walking away. Fred was fair, firm, and friendly. Reconsidered, returned, and met Fred's final offer. Agreement set we were introduced to Finance Manager, Jessica Peppler. She was friendly and efficient. All in all we had a positive buying experience. We would send positive referrals to all of those we dealt with. More

Aiman was very friendly and went above and beyond. Upon closing, it didn't seem like he was going to get the sale as another sales/manager mentioned something about a "mix up". My wife had emailed an inqu closing, it didn't seem like he was going to get the sale as another sales/manager mentioned something about a "mix up". My wife had emailed an inquiry a while back; however, she couldn't tell me the name of that rep when we arrived at the dealership to look around. Aiman helped us and worked fairly hard for the sale, coming in on his day off to try and lock up our sale. I would be extremely disappointed if he, in fact, did not get the credit or the commission for the sale--which he alone negotiated and made the sale on. More
