We had bought a prior vehicle with Tony a month ago and had a great experience. When we needed to replace another vehicle and did a quick search of various dealers we still seemed to find the best choice a had a great experience. Piyush was very friendly and accommodating, we really felt like he was not trying to sell us a car as much as trying to find the right car for us which was great. Piyush seemed to lack a little product k felt like he was not trying to sell us a car as much as trying to find the right car for us which was great. Piyush seemed to lack a little product knowledge, but was reliable in calling us back with answers to any questions he didn't know the answer to. Reliable, friendly and we trusted him, a great combination for a good vehicle purchase experience. Kien was fantastic, he was fun to talk to, explained everything in great detail, and was willing to step out of his role to help us with anything we needed. Kien was awesome. We do feel the price was a bit high, and the morning after we may have paid to much for what we bought, but we had a great experience and will definitely come back in a few years to replace our other car. Showing of avalable vehicles was good. It did take a few visits to get pricing and the sales person interest. The closing of the deal once I finally made a decsion was very long. Spent 5 hour on my Saturday visits to get pricing and the sales person interest. The closing of the deal once I finally made a decsion was very long. Spent 5 hour on my Saturday off sitting in the dealership (Not what I want to be doing on my day off) I bought a new Dodge in 2011 the entire process took less than 15 min once I had mad a decsion. The vehicle also came very dirty inside and out, I spent 5 hours claening it once I got it home, It also has scratches on the hood, roof, grill, and rear corners. I had to take the NEW truck back to the dealership for service to get the scatchs buffed out in the first week of owning it. I taraded my dodge truck in and the trade is to be paid out in cash as the vehicle was paid for and I leased a new GMC. 1 Week later and I still have not received the funds ($45000.00) even thow my old truck is on the used car lot fore sale. I dought there will be any interest adjusment added. Love the truck and once the sales person was engaged he was very helpful. The dealership is inviting and clean, all staff is very friendly and helpful weather it was talking with the sales team or the reception personal. The specalty parts guys are very helpfull and friendly. I have purchased a few accessories for the truck already and the service from them was very good. Tim More

I found the vehicle I have been looking for over the past several months and feel the price was acceptable. I would have appreciated knowing when I closed the deal what the costs of all the extras were, tire several months and feel the price was acceptable. I would have appreciated knowing when I closed the deal what the costs of all the extras were, tire warranty, protection packages, extended warranties. These were only discussed with the finance manager after I agreed to purchase the vehicle from my salesman. I still would have purchased the vehicle, I love my new Buick Verano, but I would have had a better appreciation of the full and final cost when I went into the finance manager's office. More
