Bought Two Cars Bought two cars and for the most part a very positive experience. When we were told the price of a car was the price, even with no trade in we thought we could take that to the bank, so to speak. When we went to do the deal the price had changed because we hadn't brought in a clunker for trade. My objection was to being told one thing and the sales person not backing backing it up. His statement wasn't the only misleading one. So, prior to this I would recommend this dealership. If I did again I would tell them to be cautious and pay attention to how things are said and get things in writing before going in to make the deal. In all fairness I think I got a good price but now I'm quite skeptical. More

2007 Cadillac SRX Purchase At the start of the adventure to find ourselves a second vehicle, we were not sure what we were going to find within our budget. Ron, at all times wa At the start of the adventure to find ourselves a second vehicle, we were not sure what we were going to find within our budget. Ron, at all times was professional, understanding and very patient! We did our first deal and gave a deposit but after all was said and done...we felt that it just was not the right purchase for us and discontinued the purchase. We felt bad...as Ron had worked with us for quite sometime, but even after backing away from the deal, he still continued to have our best interests in front. Ron continued to look on our behalf for that suitable unit that we were looking to purchase. He maintained contact with us with up dates of what was in and so on. We did finally purchase a vehicle through Ron and we could not be happier with the price, awesome customer service, and honesty that Ron provided!!!! Again, thanks to Ron over a very long process......we drove away very happy customers..and yes we will return if another vehicle purchase is in the future.
