Sale: A+, Customer Service D- My husband and I knew exactly what we were looking for when we went to this dealership. Our salesman (whom I could not reach and was finally told he My husband and I knew exactly what we were looking for when we went to this dealership. Our salesman (whom I could not reach and was finally told he no longer worked there) was very good and we enjoyed our experience with him. Ditto for the finance dept. However, it was the after sale Customer Service that turned us completely off ever dealing with this location again. We had purchased several specialty changes and upgrades to our GMC Truck, and were very happy with the total price. However, upon taking possession we found that the undercoating had not been done among other things and winter was fast approaching. After several very totally unsatisfactory conversations with Customer Service, we abandoned using this dealership entirely. My husband works away from home in the oilfields in and around Weyburn. He needed the truck for work. Capital GMC Regina was not willing to work with his schedule to solve the problems. Thank heavens for the GMC dealership in Weyburn. They immediately and at no extra cost took care of the issues Capital GMC in Regina had neglected and Capital GMC Regina also refused to work with us to sort out our issues to our complete satisfaction. Weyburn has been servicing our truck, working happily with my husbands difficult work schedule, and frankly, for a small dealership, outshining Capital GMC Regina in every way. When the time comes to buy another truck, we will deal with Weyburn and give Regina the wide berth it deserves! More

Good experience although Enjoyed the purchasing experience at Capital GMC. Very well set up. Very friendly. My issue with this purcahse is the fact that the same day I picked Enjoyed the purchasing experience at Capital GMC. Very well set up. Very friendly. My issue with this purcahse is the fact that the same day I picked the vehicle up, I had to make a service appointment for it. Letting a 12,000 used vehicle off the lot with a very noticable screech coming from one of the tires is unforgivable. Whether or not this issue is covered under their 90 comprehensive warranty I don't know yet. If I can get this issue dealt with under warranty I am good.If they stick me with the cost of the repair they'll never see me again. Great people to work with, something slipped through the cracks with this one though. More
