Chad was great right off the start, he had prepared some info for me to review prior to my appt and was able to give me a clear perspective on what he belive would be bet for me and my family. The test drive experience was great and I appreciate the time he took to really let me explore the vehicle, answering all my questions. I also apprecaited his honesty when it came to things he did not know, he indicated that he would find out the info for me rather than just try to buff his way through it. The finance part was easy and quick. I was very happy to leave the lot that day with a new vehicle as that was not my intention when I walked in- didnt realze it could happen so quick. The whole process was exellent, the test drive, pricing, financing and delivery of the vehicle. in 2 hours of our arrival we were in our new car. Asked Chad Playford in the service department who he could refer me too in the sales department. He passed me on to Dennis, one of the sales managers with extensive experience in his trade. To my pleasure then find myself working with nearly the whole Nakonechny family, Mona who is very friendly and caring to her customers needs, and then Ryan who is extremely knowledgeable with anything and everything Cadillac. The whole process took no longer then an hour and we made a deal on their last 2014 Escalade. I pulled up to the dealership on Saturday and found my Escalade outside cleaner from what it was when it was in the showroom thanks to Ryan for putting in the time and effort to make this a true "Cadillac" buying experience. From service, sales, and finance this was by for the best buying experience I've ever had, and would refer anyone to this excellent team. More

Mike understood my needs as a full time student and helped me find a vehicle that is great on gas and is affordable, and when I needed a night to weigh my options they were more than understanding and accommodating without being too pushy. Matt exceeded what his job would require him to do and got me a better interest percentage, as well as, getting me approved for no payments for 90 days. everyone answered my questions to help me make a well informed and final decision. They even let me borrow the 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I was looking at financing for the night to get a better feel for the car due to having a short test drive. In conclusion, it was a exceptional experience with amazing people and good prices, will be back in the future once i need a new vehicle. Thank you all so very much Jennifer More
