I cannot express how helpful, patient, polite, and courteous he was while helping me find my new truck. The only negative I had was when my car was supposed to be cleaned for pick up, they did not clean the scraps and mud out of the bed from the installation of the tonneau cover (which I did not notice until I got it home).
