However their service department seems to take it's sweet time doing things. Having to wait an extra 2 days above what I was quoted to have fog lights installed simply because their service department can't get their xxxx together pissed me off. If only everyone could have been as good at their jobs as Jesse and Trevor! More

We only bought a new one due to the last vehicle being written off in an accident. My husband hopes to purchase a new truck in the next few years and we will be back at Capital when the time comes. And we live in Moose Jaw but choose to drive in because you can't beat good customer service and great prices. More

Did not buy here Went in the evening, the receptionist paged a salesman and Justin jumped out of his office nearly taking out another staff member with his excitement. Went in the evening, the receptionist paged a salesman and Justin jumped out of his office nearly taking out another staff member with his excitement. We thought he was very enthusiastic. He found us a vehicle we were interested in and was in our price range very quickly. Then it all went downhill. He lied to us several times and put down specific other dealerships. He told us that the vehicle was only on the lot for less than half the time it was there. We asked to see the inspection report and he brought us a report showing the inspection after all the take in work was done, so it looked like it came in with no problems (also showed how long the vehicle was actually there). We were irritated but still interested in the vehicle so we had him get the sale worksheet drawn up, we thought we had told him we wanted to do the trade in on the "$2000 cash for clunker" promotion, but it didn't show up on the sheet when he came back. So we brought that to his attention and he went back again to his manager and they wouldn't honor it and offered us $200 (far cry from $2000). When we told him that we had been to a certain other dealership, he told us not to buy from them because they don't do inspections on trade in, they put them on the lot as is. But we had already been there and talked to a salesman and saw real inspection reports. We left and decided if we couldn't find the vehicle we wanted for the other dealership, we would go back to Capital GM and buy this vehicle but from anyone other than Justin. We ended up buying from the other place and couldn't be happier and we weren't lied to. I see a lot of people have had great experiences at this dealer and with Justin and that is fantastic! Its a shame that we weren't so lucky. More

He had the perfect truck for us with all the options, color and trim that we wanted. Went for a test drive, gave us a price that was better than expected for the truck we got. Finished up and dealt with Kien with the financing, everything start to finish was very smooth and stress-free purchase. Also got the accessories (Truxedo, WeatherTech Mats) from Capital at a decent price. More
