Felt very comfortable and confident! I had been looking for a particular car in a particular color for quite a while. When I found one in a different province, I was a bit hesitant as wou I had been looking for a particular car in a particular color for quite a while. When I found one in a different province, I was a bit hesitant as wouldn't be able to see it in person before buying, but Capital GMC made me feel 110% comfortable and confident. They walked me through step by step and any questions I had, and the best thing about them is that they were not pushy at all. It was the one dealership I actually felt genuinely cared about the right car and decision for me rather than the price. I have dealt with some pretty nasty dealerships but enjoyed working with all the staff here. Not only did I end up buying my car from a different Province, one of their staff members drove my car to me free of charge to deliver it right to my door. I was blown away by the quality of their service and so happy my car came from them. Easy to deal with, always available, and looking out for your own good.
