Extremely disappointed in Capital One. They used their advertising campaign of "paying off other debts" and buying a new vehicle to put me upside down in a loan. They financed my loan, They used their advertising campaign of "paying off other debts" and buying a new vehicle to put me upside down in a loan. They financed my loan, but when I went to sign they stated that after the loan matured with them I was responsible for finding a private lender to cover the remaining year that Capital stated that couldn't finance. I asked them to provide me with the appraisal of my trade in and they didn't until it was time to sign the documents then told me they used a figure of 500.00. The continually contact me asking me to trade in my vehicle as they're looking for good trade in's yet when I remind them of what they did in 2013 they state they'll check into it and get back to me. Then they can't seem to find my address or phone number to own up to what they did and make it right. I've asked to speak with Bruce Axelson and left him a message and he's never contacted me!!!! More
