Thank you! Buying a car can be a very simple process. Many other dealerships and and their sales people give you the run around and a whole pile of games. The sales professionals I dealt with were Ankesh Gupta and Sarath Kozhisseri. Ankesh even helped me with my purchase on his day off! I appreciate their professionalism and I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a quality automobile to not waste their time with other dealerships just stop in at CAPITAL GMC. More

Unhappy with overall experience expcept w/ Austin Williamson Most of all vehicles looked at were unclean, total of 3 out of 4 vehicles...cheezies receipts napkins spills on leather etc. Austin was amazing sale s Most of all vehicles looked at were unclean, total of 3 out of 4 vehicles...cheezies receipts napkins spills on leather etc. Austin was amazing sale staff!! The ONLY reason I bought a vehicle from Capital GMC! He listened to conserns of what I had in a vehicle what I wanted to do with the vehicle what expectations I wanted from a vehicle, he went above and beyond with his services. Answered all my questions was respectful, polite and knowledgable with different vehicles. He will do very very well for this business and wish him all the best in his career! When not dealing with Austin, financial staff didn't answer questions and didn't show what I asked for considering payments, was pushy towards the sale when asking questions was very defensive with comments and felt rude. Was very turned off from ever coming back to do business. Austin had called me back a few days after to talk to me about my thoughts of a vehicle, again very understanding with concerns and answered questions brought forward. I received a call the next day from Sean with the finances and he had told me that he would be calling me back within the half hour...I never received a call from him that day or the next. I ended up calling Austin back to get ahold of Sean. I was unimpressed with his customer service through this whole process. (I understand that there is off days or days get very busy but an apology would have been accepted) I ended up buying a vehicle only because of Austin's amazing work through this whole process of finding the exact vehicle for me within a good price range. After all of the hard work he has put in to this two week process of finding me a vehicle he deserves a huge thank you! I came in and put a deposit on the vehicle and worked with Matt Fisher the experience was great very knowledgable and answered my questions that I had again about the vehicle and pricing very pleasant to deal with. More

Delaership is organized, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Anand Sakkai greeted Sharon & I to Capital GMC dealership in Regina in a very friendly manner. He listened to our interests, questions and concerns. H Anand Sakkai greeted Sharon & I to Capital GMC dealership in Regina in a very friendly manner. He listened to our interests, questions and concerns. His answers were in order, complete and in detail, at a comfortable pace for us. He often asked us if we understood or if we had any more questions or concerns. Our trade in was assessed quickly. Robin Sanghvi filled the sales worksheet and presented it to us. He explained every detail and answered all our questions. Robin was very pleasant and thoughtful with our discussions in order to hammer out a deal. Gary Lazo was very friendly and explained the transfer of monies very clearly to us--there were no surprises for Sharon & I. The finances, registration, etc. went very smoothly.
