Mark Elliot approached us at the dealership and brought out the vehicle and the car fax, Mark was very friendly and was not pressuring us into anything, test drive was a relaxing experience. When we returned we met Shaun Booth who talked to us about the minivan. Understood that we were a growing family then offered me a better price and an option to drive the vehicle to my place to test the fit in the garage and to show it to the parents and in-laws for approval. I was impressed and we took the vehicle for an extended test drive thanks to Shawn's offer. The minivan was perfect. Last person we met was Ed Agapito, another friendly staff member who took the time to go over everything and never once pressured me into a purchase. The best experience I had buying a car. All three of them went above and beyond and Mark took extra time to stay late to help. More

Mark spent the entire afternoon with him despite the fact that the dealership was full of customers, many of whom were probably able to afford a much more expensive vehicle resulting in a much higher commission for Mark.
