I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, and not only did they fail to complete the service properly, but my car was also vandalized under their care. The passenger side window was smashed, and the dealership refused to take responsibility, citing their lack of lot insurance. This lack of accountability and customer care is absolutely appalling. I will never set foot in this dealership again, and I strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs. One star is honestly too generous for this terrible experience. Contacted Ron and within an hour he had gotten back to me as far as pricing and installation. We were very happy with him and quote. Tires were installed at the end of that week. I had an issue with my vehicle where it seemed all of the sudden that it had every problem in the book. All sorts of lights and errors came up at once. I immediately took it to Capital Ford to get repaired, and I didn't realize what kind of experience I was in for. Throughout the whole repair process, I was kept informed about the status of the fix, potential causes, what they're working on now, a huge wealth of information. Any concerns or questions I had were answered as quick as possible. I even had the head foreman talk to me about my car and the diagnosis process. That is awesome, and that is AMAZING service. I trusted them throughout the whole process and it really paid off. I almost wish my car kept having issues so I can keep going back to service, but in absence of that, I'll write this review :) Ajas, Chris, and everyone else who worked on or even looked at my car, thank you so much for making a difference. I really appreciate you all so much and it means the world to me. More

His easy demeanor left me feeling like I had a nice conversation instead of a sleazy sales pitch. Once I made my decision, I was introduced to Roxanne. She also knows the product inside and out. Roxanne took her time with me, and her attention to detail to ensure I left knowing how everything worked made my new car experience a pleasure. She even helped to set up the app on my phone. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks, I reached back to ask some questions and Roxanne was ready and willing to help, even on a day off. I have only had one stop at the service desk with my new vehicle, and Rej assisted me immediately and I was on my way. I have dealt with Rej in the past and he is someone I trust to provide me advice and guidance on the servicing of my vehicles. I have had some negative experiences with dealerships in the past. This team is a gold star team in my eyes. More
