My wife found our target vehicle linked to this dealership through an internet sale, otherwise may not have considered Capital Ford. However, after dealing with Asim and the finance department, I found them to be very flexible with respect to test drive, final cleanup time/options, and financing/payment arrangements. I was in the dealiership literally 3 times... initial look/test drive start, return test drive/purchase, final pickup/payment. So I have had little interaction, and with only 2 staff, but both interactions have been very pleasant and efficient. The dealership is clean and well organized, and staff are knowledgeable. More
