We found them understanding and easy to talk to throughout the process and their follow up since has been excellent. Walked in and met Tony Day, as well as Jeff "Missouri" McDonnal. Tony is a terrific person to deal with...knowledgeable and friendly. Took the time to answer all our questions and we enjoyed meeting / dealing with him very much. It was very apparent that Tony wanted to a fully happy customer. Shane in the financial office was also a great person to help get all the paperwork done. His style, like Tony, is also more of a consultant, taking the time to make sure he understood and fulfilled on his promises.
