After letting me take the vehicle home overnight I can back on Saturday with my wife and kids to try to make a deal on a great vehicle. Jay and his Manager were very accommodating and respectful. I really enjoyed the negotiation and felt that we dealt honestly and forthrightly. After that I worked with Trevor to complete the paperwork and he was great as well. Many compliments to the people there, from sales through to service. I am looking forward to a continued good relationship. More

My car buying experience began with plenty of information about the vehicle I was interested in from the Sales Manager (Michael PARK), no pressure from the sales staff (Eric REECE) and continued with the paperwork (Shane MULLALLY) making the entire experience rather pleasant. The staff was professional and made me relaxed and at ease right away. When I picked up the vehicle, a 2014Ford Focus ST, the vehicle looked brand new, thanks to the detailing crew.
