We to Capital Saturday morning which appear to be very busy with lots of customers. We went to the desk where Ryan was and told him what we wanted to see. Ryan was very friendly and informative and answered all our questions. We were on a tight schedule and Ryan accommodated us 100% arranging for a quick test drive and we made a deal on the spot. We felt that Ryan was upfront and honest with us and had their accounting people work with us to make the purchase. We never felt that we were being aggressively pitched too or forced into anything,which we have experienced in the past with other salesman, as Ryan was very down to earth and easy to talk too.
