My experience with my salesman Phil Neill was good. It takes a fine skill to walk the line between being professional yet being casual enough to put me at ease. Matthew did that effortlessly. We were very happy with the Escape that we bought. Ryan, did a wonderful job at explaining all of the models we were looking at. He has been excellent with Customer Service and follow up. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was what we perceived as lack of communication between the Sales Manager and the Finance guy. The Sales Manger went over things and stated that the Finance person would explain some areas in better detail and once we were with the Finance guy, he had assumed that things had been explained to us , so we had to ask him to slow down and explain some things to us. This was in the area of what the ProPack was. Other then that our whole experience was wonderful and we would feel comfortable recomending this dealership to others. More

There were a couple small problems with the vehicle and they had no problem writing it as a condition of sale for us to book an appt and bring the vehicle back to have these things corrected at no cost to ourselves. So we went away pretty happy that we got our money's worth, the car of my daughter's dreams, and peace of mind that we would be looked after in the future. I would advise anyone interested in new or used vehicles to use Capital Ford Lincoln when searching for a vvehicle. More
