I went to Capital Ford Lincoln looking for my first car. I told Jon what I was looking for and what my budget was and he listened. The first car I was interested in didn't work out, but as soon as another I told Jon what I was looking for and what my budget was and he listened. He provided excellent customer service in a very friendly manner and worked with me in finding what I really wanted and could afford as opposed to "pushing" a sale on me like so many other dealerships. My experience at Capital Ford was a very positive one. I had checked out my truck right before going to work for the whole weekend and when I decided to that I would like to purchase I sent my salesman an e had checked out my truck right before going to work for the whole weekend and when I decided to that I would like to purchase I sent my salesman an email while I was at work and he went out and put a sold sign in the windshield that day for me just so no one would steal it off my hands while I was at work and unable to come in. Craig Livingstone did an excellent job of providing us with the information we needed to make a purchase of the truck with all the features we wanted at a price that was inline with our budget. He gave us excellent service and looked after arranging getting the bed liner installation. After we took delivery of the truck he went through all the features of the blue tooth and Synch system with us. All in all my buying experience at Capital was very positive. When I went to capital ford for the first time it wasn't to look or to buy a new car but to get my past vehicle maintenanced as I was having issues with some things and I had heard such great things wasn't to look or to buy a new car but to get my past vehicle maintenanced as I was having issues with some things and I had heard such great things about that company so I went there . Since it was going to be a bit my friend Jessica took me over to see joe because she knew I had been tossing around the idea of something new and why not just chat within. He right away was asking what my interests were In a car and was showing me different models and makes. He was so knowledgable and didn't push anything on me which means a lot being a younger girl . He let me take the one I was most interested for a test drive and I simply fell in love with it. I was unsure of getting it right then as I have never purchased my own vehicle before but he was so patient and his customer service was spectacular. He told me to take my time and give it some thought and now 3 months later I have purchased that exact same car from him and could not be more excited and happy. I really am so happy I bought from capital ford and from joe. His boss Adrienne also thanked me for coming back and that is great to see . They care about their customers and not just a sale. More
