When we originally contacted the dealership using your on-line service, we did not get confirmation of our appointment as requested. We were coming from out of town and wanted to ensure the vehicles were on-line service, we did not get confirmation of our appointment as requested. We finally received assistance and our assigned salesman arrived. From that point on things did get better, Ryan was very easy to talk to and was very attentive to providing good customer service. I was confused with the two dealerships, ended up choosing Capital as the Dealer I was with was very attentive. However customer service was unfriendly, not accommodating to us as we waited total abo choosing Capital as the Dealer I was with was very attentive. I also found the privacy of our conversations wasn't secure as we discussed details in the general area. Just a lot of pressure to "take what was offered".
